Manana Bakradze

My name is Manana Bakradze, from Georgia, Tbilisi. I am a teacher of the Georgian language and literature N124 public school Tbilisi Named Mikheil Javakhishvili. I am a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert teacher since 2016. I am a MIE MASTER TRAINER since 2016
I am a member of the Microsoft community, buncee  and Wakelet community. I'm glad that I am a part of the big family. I am a buncee  and Wakelet ambassador

During the COVI-19 pandemic, I started searching for online teaching and learning tools. English as a second language requires students to develop four skills: reading, listening, speaking and writing.

Students no longer live in a world where studying research means spending hours in library stacks or learning about the Dewey Decimal System. Instead, they use online resources, such as YouTube, which they already know how to use. Instead of throwing my students into the wild world of the Internet to create bad habits, I use different portals to treat and organize the resources selected for them. Then I lead them to develop their own collections before finally releasing them when they clearly understand how to access online resources.

I often (3-4 times a week) conduct trainings, webinars and sessions with my students and colleagues. I teach them to work on different portals throughout Georgia and they are happy to teach their students.

By my students I mean not only the class I teach but also the school-wide lessons! Humiliated !! My program that I do,
